Studio & Gallery Villa Vinkkeli

Villa Vinkkeli is an art gallery and event venue in Ounametsä, Rovaniemi. It is about 10 minutes drive from the city center. Our address is Vuopajantie 15, 96400 Rovaniemi. To get here, turn from Kajaanintie to Myllärintie, and from Myllärintie to Vuopajantie

There is space for four cars in front of Villa Vinkkeli. During bigger events please park in front of house number 20 or on the small open lot at the end of the road. Please dont park on the street, as the street is narrow and neighbours need proper access to their houses.

Arriving by bus

Buses dont stop in front of Villa Vinkkeli, but you can leave the bus at the central hospital stop and walk about 1 km, or you can leave at the Ounasvaara school stop (Porokatu street) and walk 850 meters.

Bus 3 travels between Lapinrinne - city center (Ruokasenkatu) - Porokatu - hospital - Pöykkölä and back mon-fri 6:50 am - 6 pm at irregular times.

Bus 5 travels between Karinrakka - city center (Ruokasenkatu) - Porokatu - hospital - Ounasrinne and back mon-fri 6am - 10pm every 30 minutes. On fridays 7:25 am - 9:40 pm about every hour and on sundays 12-10:45 pm about every hour

Bus 6 travels between Pöykkölä - hospital - Porokatu - city center (Ruokasenkatu) - university - railway station but on the return journey it skips the university. Mon-fri 6am - 5:50pm about every hour

If you come from the university, you can also take any bus to the police station (hallituskatu 1) and switch there to Bus 3, Bus 5 or Bus 6
